If the users either delete account through the option in "Account Management" section in WIRTUAL app or by raising a request through the email hello@wirtual.co, please be advised that your entire personal and acquired information stored in our system will be deleted permanently from the system, and our team will not be able to recover the account once confirmed.

1. From WIRTUAL Mobile App
2. Sign in to the account on WIRTUAL app that you wish to delete. If you do not have access to the WIRTUAL account you wish to delete, you will need to reset your password.
3. Navigate to the 'Menu' and hover over the Account Settings section, where you’ll find the Account Management tap.
4. Select the “Delete Account.” and confirm.
