Ban Policy

At WIRTUAL we place utmost importance in creating a fair and level playing field for all of our users. We would like to reassure all of our users that fraud is a matter taken seriously by our team.

1.Fraud activities data

Fraud activities data includes altering submitted data, submitting fake data, or submission of data whereby the data is inconsistent with the actual activities performed. This includes, but is not limited to submitting the data of a certain activity performed as a different activity, submitting data this is not the user's own, photoshopping of the results or creating a fake data set.

Consequences:

All submitted data will be reviewed thoroughly by the platform. Should there be any evidence of tampering, the platform will ban the fraudulent user immediately without any prior notice. An email will be sent to the user with the reason for the ban and all assets will be seized. The seized assets will be auctioned to the Treasury where it will be given as rewards to other remaining participants.

* The banning process will not be modulated under any circumstances. * If the user believes they have been wrongly banned, please contact us, and an investigation will be launched. The user will undergo a verification process and if we find an error in the banning, all assets will be returned. Should the investigation confirm fraudulent behavior, the user's account and cryptocurrency wallet will be permanently banned. Other users with significant interactions with the fraudulent user will be put on a watchlist and monitored closely.

2.Fraud payments

Fraud through the payment system includes participating in paid challenges without having made payments or purchasing products illegally.

Consequences:

The platform will launch an investigation and consequences will be determined based on our findings. This will be done on a case-by-case basis. An email will be sent to you notifying you of the investigation results and their consequences. Fraud payments could possibly result in the banning of the user and/or seizing the assets of the user in extreme cases.

* If the user believes they have been wrongly charged, please contact us, and we will review your case. If an error is found, all consequences will be overturned.

3.Fraud and Defamation

The online defamation of WIRTUAL from a user banned due to fraud will activate the following actions:

At WIRTUAL we believe in transparency for all our constituencies, and will therefore provide clarity on our platforms. Approval to publicly address cases of defamation as related to fraud is stipulated in the application policy terms and conditions.

Actions in accordance with laws and regulations

Any wrongful defamation will be dealt with following the normal process of laws and regulations.

Assets from banned cases

WIRTUAL does not engage in fraudulent assets or any other fraudulent activities otherwise. Regarding NFTs, the asset is auctioned to the market, allowing all users an equal chance in participating in purchases. All coins from the auction goes into the Treasury automatically.

Ban Policy For Submitting Fraud Data

Strike 1: Warning - If this strike is issued, we will inform you that we have detected fraud activities data on your account. Your submitted exercise results will be removed, the coins you’ve earned will be seized..

Strike 2: Temporary Suspension - If your account is issued a second strike, you will see a warning message via email. In addition to this warning, your submitted exercise results will be removed, the coins you’ve earned will be seized and your account will be temporarily banned for 7 days. After this period, your account will fully be resumed..

Strike 3: Permanent Ban - If you receive the first and second strikes and continue to cheat, your account will be permanently banned and all assets will be seized. The seized assets will be burned.

Appealing Your Punishment.

If you believe that your account has been charged in error, please contact us, and we will review your case. If an error is found, all consequences will be overturned. To send a ban appeal, please submit a request to porawich.c@wirtual.co
