• Check back to WIRTUAL app every day for your steps to get logged.
• One ticket is valid for 1 persons. A user is allowed to enter either Couple Challenge or Single Challenge.
• A challenge has a validity period of 1 year from the date of joining and all step goals must be completed within the validity period. 
• A gashapon ticket (raffle ticket) valid for 2 years from the date of release (November 6th, 2022).
  
• The maximum steps a user can take per day are limited to 15,000 steps, and combined steps are limited to 30,000 steps.
  
• Steps must be of steps as shown in WIRTUAL app and are synced from Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android) only.
• In case of the deactivation of steps arising indirectly from WIRTUAL’s system, under no circumstances will WIRTUAL be held responsible for or liable in any way for any claims.
• The rewards from the gachapon machine can not be changed to other forms of reward, and the grand prizes from this activity can be transferred to other persons.
• Should any fraud activities be found in your account, including but not limited to altering step data, cheating step counter or creating fake data, the platform will suspend the fraudulent account and seize all assets immediately without any prior notice.
• Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  
• Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  
• Every participant has the right to win the reward/prize according to the terms and conditions.
