The environment is most ‘real’ when accessed through certain hardware such as VR glasses (Oculus).

Zwift is a virtual fitness simulator where you can choose to run on a treadmill (Zwift Run) or cycle (Zwift Ride). Users on this platform can compete with other users around the world in these activities. There are a plethora of places to choose from as running or cycling spots. Not only can you compete with other users, but you can also interact with them within the community on Zwift.

Peloton is a streaming fitness company that is available all around the world. This system works through physical exercise equipment like a treadmill or stationary bicycle made by Peloton themselves.
